Welcome!
Thank you for your support!
June 2025 marked 5 years since we lost Robbie. I can’t believe it’s been that much time - like a blink, but also so many things have changed. We miss him every day and the kids ask about him often. With how life continues to move forward, gets busier and the shift in day-to-day priorities, I’ve made the tough decision to sunset the foundation (our 501c3 status) at the end of 2025.
I am beyond proud for everything we’ve done towards our mission – We’ve generated awareness of boner cancer and we’ve raised funds for Osteosarcoma treatment research. As a foundation we’ve contributed a total $50,000… WOW WOW!
🤩 🙌🏻 💕
We’ve made a real and tangible impact on the lives of those affected by cancer. We believe that every little bit counts, and we are so proud to be able to contribute to this vital cause. Thank you as always for your support! YOU have helped us make a difference!
We will CONTINUE to be a Good Day Community. Always honoring Rob and supporting foundations that fight cancer, specifically Osteosarcoma. I also want to support causes that Rob would have loved - like paying for sports fees for kids (He did this for Rex Putnam Track students!). We can do so much good as a community while continuing to love and honor Rob’s memory and beautiful spirit. Join us on Instagram, @the_good_day_foundation
I will be forever grateful for all the support to the foundation.
Much love - Courtney
Thank you for visiting the Good Day Foundation.
The Good Day was built to honor the amazing, Robbie McEachern and his inspiring fight against Osteosarcoma. His mission was to make everyday a Good Day, no matter what.
Rob’s Story
Rob was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma and Chondrosarcoma in the spring of 2017. We were busy working parents to a 1 year old and expecting our second. Careers & home life were flourishing. We never expected the bump behind his knee to be cancer- and weren't ready for the journey we were about to embark.
learn moreTo have a foundation in honor of Rob, means to do things Rob’s way… which was always to have a good time. So our fundraising efforts will be just that.
Our fundraising efforts will be tailgate events, golf tournaments or good ol’ barn dances (Rob loved a party & line dancing!)
Help Us help others
In honor of Rob, help us help others who are battling Osteosarcoma. Our mission is to fund medical research to have more effective treatments for the disease.
What is osteosarcoma?
I am not a doctor. To ensure you get the most up to date information relative to sarcomas, osteosarcoma specifically, check-out our cancer education resources.
